The CBRE HSE Management System Supervisor will support compliance, deployment, and continuous improvement of an HSE integrated management system globally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for developing and implementing an integrated management system that incorporates best practices across multiple HSE management systems such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and any other management system designated by the client account.
Populates and integrates the integrated management system with data from Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), industry standards, and business selected tools.
Administers and maintains the integrated management system, including HSE data entry, data analytics, coordinating the exchange of information between HSE team members, stakeholders,
and business partners, and monitoring progress against provided objectives.
Ensures accuracy and collection of regulatory occupational data, related reporting, and assessment.
Supports all related reporting activities, including tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as individual project and regular program updates.
Leads corrective actions and continuous improvement initiative conversations between relevant stakeholders and/or business partners and documents and modifies the integrated management system based on results.
Maintains awareness of United States and relevant regional and global HSE regulations. Provides support across various functional teams to help drive awareness and accountability for HSE performance through all levels of the organization.
Analyzes key metrics and provides trend data necessary to improve the HSE performance and compliance strategies.
Supports testing, updates, and deployment of the integrated management system and associated processes.
Monitors and maintains data integrity by conducting various data audits, running ad hoc reports, and partnering with appropriate parties to mitigate issues.
Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate integrations with vendors as well as internal applications.
Serves as the subject matter expert for the integrated management system, and collaborate with HSE and operations to influence implementation across the organization.
Promotes safety consciousness among team, partners, stakeholders, and account employees by providing accurate and informative data, participating in program awareness opportunities, giving timely feedback on program questions, and visibly supporting the overall HSE program(s).

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in HSE or related field, from four-year college or university preferred.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Historical application and implementation of an HSE integrated management system is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local health and safety, and environmental regulations is essential.
Direct experience dealing with regulatory agencies and/or compliance officers is preferred.
