Senior EH&S Specialist - OSIH Expert Services Team (1804739) - This position could be based at any U.S. BASF location; however, will require travel.

BASF is seeking a professional like you to deliver Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene (OSIH) strategic consultative and practitioner expertise to BASF in North America.

Formula for Success
Leveraging your professional experience and/or educational background, you will apply your specialized and regulatory knowledge to identify and develop proactive Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene (OSIH) solutions, programs and initiatives to ensure a safe work environment for more than 100+ sites in North America.
As a member of a high functioning team of subject matter experts, you will utilize your analytical and statistical abilities to develop and interpret data for incident trending to identify focus areas, needs and goals, while managing competing priorities.
Demonstrating your technical and regulatory expertise and interpersonal skills will enable you to function effectively as a trusted OSIH subject matter expert/technical resource in providing interpretation and guidance support to Sites, Hubs and Business Units to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Utilizing your project management experience, you will lead efforts to driving change, managing strategic and sustainable OSIH programs and influence best practices.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will proactively identify and prioritize opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, execute operational plans, and effectively manage business relationships designed to champion continuous improvement and overall safety performance.
Professional certification(s) in Industrial Hygiene, and/or health and safety practices is highly desirable.
